Voice Lives!

Not very many years ago, businesses used the telephone as their most important sales tool. Big hotel chains operated huge contact centers throughout the US (and later the World) to service customers while enjoying cost economies of scale. Fast forward to today, and most businesses (including hotels) are focused on growing online transactions to the exclusion of all other revenue sources and view voice as an ever-dwindling source of income….
