Supporting relief efforts

For those who wish to further support relief efforts, Travel Tripper recommends and will be making monetary donations to the following organizations:

Florida Disaster Fund: State of Florida’s official private fund established to assist Florida’s communities as they respond to and recover during times of emergency or disaster. 100% of funds raised will go toward disaster-related response and recovery; there are no overhead costs.

Tourism Cares: The charitable community of the travel and tourism industry, which partners with local travel associations and businesses to help destinations in need. Tourism Cares has set up a Caribbean Tourism Recovery Fund (in association with the Caribbean Hotel & Tourism Association) and a Hurricane Harvey Tourism Recovery Fund (in association with Travel Texas and Texas Travel Industry Association) as a way to directly support destinations impacted by these hurricanes and speed the return of visitors and jobs.
