Mayfair Hotel & Spa, located in Miami’s stylish Coconut Grove neighborhood, is a four-star independent property featuring 179 luxury suites, premium event space, and a world-class day spa. The hotel’s average daily rate runs from $260 to $280 during the high season from November through February, and from $150 to $160 during the remainder of the year.

Following a period of declining revenue and poor conversion rates on its hotel website, Mayfair turned to Travel Tripper to improve the performance of its direct booking channel and better manage its digital marketing strategies.
